College Football ? Missouri vs. Nebraska

Missouri and Nebraska clash in an important Big 12 North Division matchup on Saturday night, with the Tigers able to take over the division lead if they can shred the Cornhuskers.

The Tigers should be well prepared for this game after having a week to get ready coming off their bye week. When Missouri last took to the gridiron two weeks ago they dropped Illinois State 38-17. Tigers' quarterback Chase Daniel completed 21-of-34 passes for 294 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions.Running back Tony Temple rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries and also caught a touchdown pass. Williams Franklin led the Tigers with 71 receiving yards on two receptions, with most of his yards coming on a 57-yard TD catch.

The Cornhuskers got past Iowa State 35-17 last week as a 21-point betting favorite. Nebraska quarterback Sam Keller completed 18-of-28 passes for 219 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Running back Marlon Lucky was a double threat for Nebraska with 107 rushing yards and a touchdown on 16 carries, and he also threw a 20-yard touchdown pass on a halfback option. Thomas Lawson hauled in a pair of touchdown receptions in the win.

When the Tigers and Cornhuskers faced off last season Nebraska came away with a 34-20 win as a 6.5-point favorite. Nebraska has owned this matchup for more than a decade, with 10 wins in their last 12 meetings with Missouri. Despite that history, the Tigers are a 6-point favorite in Saturday's game with the total set high at 68 points. Kickoff is scheduled for 9:15 pm ET with ESPN handling the coverage.
