College Football Betting on Saturday - Auburn at Arkansas

The Auburn Tigers (4-2) will be gunning for their fourth consecutive victory this weekend, but they face a stiff task when they head to Razorback Stadium to face Heisman favorite Darren McFadden and Arkansas (3-2).

The Tigers followed up their huge win at Florida with a convincing 35-7 win over Vanderbilt at home. The Tigers were not scored upon until the final five minutes of the game as they looked like they were out to prove that their win at Florida was no fluke.

QB Brandon Cox was 14-for-17 for 165 yards, one touchdown and a pick as the Tigers racked up 404 yards, including 239 yards on the ground and four majors. This type of grinding ground game could serve the Tigers well in a hostile environment such as Arkansas. After a pair of tough losses to SEC teams, the Razorbacks rolled to their second straight big win over a non-conference foe, beating UT-Chattanooga 34-15 at home. McFadden carried the ball 25 times for 122 yards and a touchdown, but Felix Jones took the spotlight with 141 yards and two scores on only 13 carries, including a 59-yard jaunt to the end zone.

Casey Dick was 13-for-22 for 116 yards, one touchdown and a pick, but he knows his role in the Razorbacks'system and is a pretty safe quarterback when it comes to limiting turnovers and managing the offense.

The Razorbacks are 3-point favorites at home this weekend. The Tigers will be aiming to avenge their 27-10 loss to Arkansas which knocked them out of the national title hunt last season. This will be a typical smashmouth SEC tussle, decided by the running game.
